"Everything was fantastic, there were some detailed items, like broken lock on sliding door in room and the knob on the bathroom door was broken, wear and tear on some furniture in room. Service was great! Food was delicious, lots of options, made to order food, minimal buffet food, quality goods! 5 pools all located by the beach. Many activities durning the day, always something to do, we enjoyed yoga daily and water aerobics! Very chill and relaxing vacation, highly recommend! And nooooo screaming kids!!! +++"

Our room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The Smart TV with cable, Amazon, and Netflix was a thoughtful modern touch that complemented the hotel’s historic ambiance. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. "

"The buffet food was horrible. They make you line up at 9am to book the “a la carte” restaurants and the food with those isn’t much better. I got uber eats 3 of my 5 nights at the resort. I read reviews before selecting this resort and i cant help but feel completely lied to. People gave 4.5/5 and i can only assume they’ve been paid or never actually been to the resort. I talked to about 15 other groups staying here and they all said the same thing im saying right now. Save your money, stay at a different resort. "
