We enjoy the Spanish tiled rooms, the impressive lobby, the beautiful pools, the great water views, and perhaps most of all the delicious array of foods. Plus, I can't forget to mention the most welcome weather: a sun shiny 80 degrees daytime with 70 at night. A nice change from our cold Michigan home. Yes, we've been delighted in the past and were once again this year with our holiday stay. We're looking forward to going again next year. "

"This is a wonderful hotel with a lovely staff in the ideal location for visiting Guadalajara. Downtown and all the major sites are within walking distance and it feels very safe walking around the area of the hotel at any hour. The hotel has so much charm and character. "
