I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

Friendly stuff , clean resort , the only negative things is the price of the food inside the propriety very expensive , no air condition on elevators

Very good for families.
Veronica the masseuse was amazing. Staff like Kevin from buffet, spa receptionists, all the servers were so professional. If you like to eat and drink, they offer quality drinks, i was impressed.
