Room was cleaned but they didn’t refill fridge daily, there was 4 rooms in our group we all got different treatment. Like slippers in 1 room but not in other rooms. One robe for 2 people in a room. Staff was friendly, the bell boys were wonderful and accommodating. Food was good and bartenders were okay nothing to rave about.
Do not buy anything at their store, rip off! I paid $74 USD for a floating, she was already blowing it up before I realized the pasos conversion! I felt very ripped off! Coffee shop was wonderful! I was a preferred , there is no way to tell who’s preferred or not! So as far as I’m concerned everyone is preferred! One room is preferred, it has AC with a bar & same food at buffet. You need a key to enter room that’s only difference, that I saw! Save your money!!! Everyone can go to preferred pool!
