"Check in is a hassle you need a QR code to get in and they don’t provided it after check in security guards will hassle you for not having it . It took me 45 minutes before I arrived to the property due to the QR CODE . "

"I had an amazing time at Playa Las Palma. The hotel is conveniently located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Tulum. The staff is friendly and the food is typical of this region of Mexico. Yurt accommodation is also a great experience. I highly recommend. The hotel is located five minutes walk from the beach of the ruins of Tulum. One of the few affordable accommodation options still available in this little corner of Paradise."
