"This hotel is very well located, especially if you need quick and easy access to Mexico City’s airport. It makes arrivals, departures, and short stays extremely convenient. Even though the property has been around for many years, it is very well maintained. You can tell there has been consistent effort to keep it in great condition. It doesn’t feel outdated at all—in fact, the furniture and overall finishes feel high quality, refreshed, and in excellent shape. The staff was another highlight. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for me was the bathroom shower design. It has a glass partition without a door, which means water splashes out easily onto the bathroom floor. After every shower, there was a significant amount of water to clean up, which was inconvenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was nice and.room was nice but disappointed with spa because pool was closed, steam and sauna were off, had to ask to have steam turned on which took a while then turned off while in it. No hot water or shampoo in shower. Wouldn't give me an extra hour late check out even though cleaner didn't come in that extra hour. "
