"Nice place if you are on a budget. Great location. My favorite part was the lady in the kitchen walking out when you come inside the entry. Hot water needs work. Otherwise if you are on a budget and never been the mexico this is a great place to start. Residential and you can walk anywhere. "

"A wonderful option a little away from the main area of Condesa but easily walkable. Comfortable room, great, helpful staff. Coming back after a day out felt like coming home. It was nice to talk to other guests at the breakfast each morning. "

"Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast."
