"My family prefers to stay in local, minimalist settings so we were looking forward to trying this unique hotel near several cenote parks. Unfortunately this place was extremely uncomfortable and we would definitely not stay there again. The shipping container rooms are quite rundown and poorly maintained. "Hands down the greatest place I stayed on this trip. Great people, great staff, great location, great pool, great room. For those who love TV's, there was not a TV in our room, didn't need one. We walked across the street to the Tulum ruins, then floated in the pool. The restaurant has more than one CHEF, very talented, think outside the box chef. I recommend if you are an adventurous eater or not you try what they recommend. I loved their vegetarian version of Ceviche. I cannot say enough about...
