"Arrived around 12:30 and could not get our room till 3:00 which was ok. But we were checked in at 12:30 and when 3:00 came around we had to find our own room. Which was a bit confusing. We had to call the front desk to get room amenities that never showed up at all during our stay. We were asked to leave a restaurant at lunch because we were told we were in violation of the dress code. This is fine but we were already seated at the time. We felt we were not dressed any different than anyone else. This was a pool side restaurant. We felt uncomfortable and left the property to have our lunch at the marina. The entertainment staff (in our opinion) pokes fun at guest it’s all in fun but makes us uncomfortable. Thousands of people pass through the resort every year, most will never return, we will be one of them "

"The staff is amazing. Friendly, hardworking and dedicated to making our stay memorable. Shout out to Renee at the buffet, always finding us a table for two, Ana Fuentes, the host at The Steakhouse for her kindness and to Erik at The Krystal, for making it a memorable dinner experience. "
