"The hotel is cute with the Tulum touch, a place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabins are well equiped, good a/c. The small beach area with the pool are a plus. Restaurant need to improve and have all the ingredients. I ordered 3 meals and they couldn't make it. Meal prices are high 20-30 usd and portions are small. Staff are great and ready to help anytime. People at the lobby are great and will give you good recommendations to make the best out of the Tulum experience. I would return if I decide to visit the area."

"We were a party of 6 adults requiring 3 rooms and ranging in age from 19 to 62. If you are not a fan of resorts and do not mind not being directly on the beach, then this place is for you. The accomodations are unique and well-maintained, the food is top-notch, the staff is friendly and approachable, and the location is convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. (We rented a 7-person car through Alamo.) Dinner on the night of our arrival was outstanding but expensive -- over $400 without alcohol. We ate breakfast there every day which again was delicious and fresh and inventive but also expensive. The restaurant, pool, cenote, and accomodation were all perfect for us. We had absolultely none of the issues that others have complained about and enjoyed every minute of it."

"I booked the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel but we didn't stay in the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel because upon arrival we were told that hotel was closed because of noise from neighboring construction. While I appreciate that this is an issue they could have told us this beforehand and not surprise us with it on the day of arrival. So we stayed at the partner Be Tulum hotel which is nice but not what I booked. Instead of a Beach View room we did not have a beach view. So instead of settling into the place you have been looking forward to, based on pictures and reviews, you now have a different hotel that the person at reception keeps telling you "is also nice", and you have to weigh your options and level of aggravation that you want to deal with. In the end we had a nice time and Be Tulum is a nice hotel, but springing this on people as they arrive is not the way to do this."
