"The Excellence Riviera Cancun was magical. I have been to 5 different resorts in the area and this one takes the top. The food is one of the most important aspect of an all inclusive resort for me and this resort delivers, both on the buffet and the a la cart restaurant. Since this is an adult only resort, the entertainment was also top notch. My favourite was the Michael Jackson performance and the circus show. Lastly, the service was unbeatable. I had pool and beach staff swinging by every 30min or so taking drink and food order, all very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!"

I really could not come up with anything negative to say other than We did have AC issues in our room but the staff went above and beyond to get us into a new room. Food was great. Plenty of dining options. Make sure you book reservations when you Arrive to guarantee a spot. Pool is huge and there are plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Entertainment team is great as well!! I would recommend this resort and will be back!!"
