"The bedding and towels were all clean but more of a detailed cleaning was needed. The bathtub needed a rubber mat as it was the old style that gets very slippery went it’s wet and although the kitchen was set up with most required items there wasn’t a cutting board to use the knives on! Make sure to use the washroom or get changed in the hotel room before going down to the hot tub/pool if you are going for the last hour that it is open as the washrooms get locked. The staff is excellent, the airport shuttle is great, and you are close to decent restaurants!"

"Clean and spacious hotel rooms. Nice view of the river and heron nests. The indoor pool was freezing cold and no staff attended the towel stand. Buffet was really good and staff are friendly. Overall great hotel, location and price. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet (on 20th floor), beautiful lobby, wonderful location, gorgeous views in and around property. Loved the harbour front walkway. Would stay there again."

"Room was very spacious and clean although slightly dated. Beds were super comfy. Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium. "

"Couldn’t connect to WiFi. Ordered room service at 930pm. Food wasn’t very good. Other than that everything was good "
