"Was slightly disappointed that our room was not ready till 30 minutes after check in time, but the hotel is spotless, staff is professional,and the area around it is safe too. Shout out to the attached restaurant (Frankie’s Italian). We had a delicious dinner there. "

"My husband and I stayed the night before our cruise. It was an extremely wise choice. We arrived before check in so they held our suitcases till the room was ready. They delivered them just as we stepped inside, no calling to deliver room number. We walked the pier and then over to the steakhouse opposite the hotel. Excellent meal there. The next morning the hotel bell staff delivered all our bags to the ship for us. Best service ever!!!! Then we ate and spent time at the pool before embarking on Virgin Voyage’s Brilliant Lady. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!"

"Location of the hotel is perfect near the sea wall and in downtown. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to cover. I also would ask for the renovated rooms. We got a room on the 8th floor with one bed looking directly at the bathroom potty. The design sucked. Overall the staff is very helpful and accommodating."

"The shared bathroom is a bit weird in that it is not down the hall like i expected instead a toilet and shower shared with the adjacent room and controlled by an electric locking system. Not great. You can easily hear the person using the bathroom from your room and the security/locking system is disconcerting. Would have preferred a toilet down the hall. The shared kitchen on the floor was a joke. A tiny windowless room with nothing more than a kettle. No cups, cutlery etc. But otherwise clean place. Good value for downtown vancouver."
