"Aaaah! This hotel is the only hotel I'll stay while in Vancouver! Location is great, views are fantastic, convenient for great restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and warm, ready to assist any time, the room is large, clean and updated, the only small issue was not enough water pressure to my liking and took a little waiting for the warm water to arrive, but really its just small nit picking .really no big deal. Now, their breakfast was so good, i cant stop raving about it. From fluffy warm eggs, french toast, lox, fruits... everything top notch."

"The staff are amazing very cheerful and efficient. The room was nice however due to older windows we could hear a man screaming and yelling the entire night and a fight, we were on the 14th floor! This wasn’t a fault of the hotel but it did impact our sleep"

"Room was clean but garbage not taken out for people before us. Half the lights in our room did not work for us. Our room key did not work had to go down and get them to fix the one and then it happened it. Place downstairs in lobby was clean and staff was nice. Lady cleaning room knocked on our door around 830 to ask if we were done and if he could clean our room. Check out was 12pm and she woke us up "

"Wonderful stay in the former YWCA building on Beatty Street. Great location. I booked a queen bed room with private full bathroom (some rooms share bathroom). The room was large. Furniture was basic and it was spotless. A Nespresso machine with capsules was a nice extra. It's very close to BC Place, so perfect for sports fans. But a full stadium would be very loud! Overall, everything exceeded expectations."

"Comfortable beds. Room is old, could feel the cold near the windows. Hot water in bath/shower took ages to come through. Nice toiletries. Fast, efficient microwave. Tap in kitchen sink dripped. Good size fridge and clean dishes"
