"Clean and spacious, everything was working properly the heater was a little loud. Very nice views from my room on the 22nd suite floor. The fire alarm went off at midnight which probably pissed some people off but I had just got back from a late night sushi restaurant. Luckily restaurants are open pretty late downtown and there’s a 24 hour subway all on the same block. Staff was a little stand off ish I dunno what that’s about. Lots of good shopping spots and I got gated parking for $35 "

"Great place to stay, we booked the penthouse without the full kitchen, very nice we definitely enjoyed it, staff was friendly and at first we thought the cost of laundry was a bit much but the washer and dryer are very large and was well worth it. However we did have one issue, it was that it’s very cluttered. I mean the layout of the beds was ok but what we felt was out place and made it look cluttered was the table in the middle of the room with 4 chairs, it’s right between the fireplace...

"After I found out I was in the room not in the photos, they gave me the room I requested. It had a view of English Bay. It’s a dated hotel. I knew that when I booked it, however, it’s always the odours, especially in the elevator, that isn’t expected. The bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower/bath. Also a kitchenette which we didn’t end up using. We walked everywhere we wanted to from the hotel. "
