The room was lovely. It was a mini room, but it was perfect for me. The sports bar next-door was great. The staff was very courteous and I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, staff super helpful in holding our luggage once we disembarked from cruise early in the day before we could check in. Location cose to everything in Downtown area, super easy to walk everywhere.

Was super easy to walk to Rogers Arena, though it was a bit of a trek. Good options to eat around here, and great shopping options too. The hotel was old, but clean, and the staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Had some food and drinks at the wine bar. I did have a little bit of a scare with a rodent in my room and told the manager and was apologized to other than that lol everything was great. Location was perfect. Room was clean bed was a little hard.
