The general area is 'ok' - some convenient walking, but the area seemed a bit rough with a lot of homelessness/addicts and some sketchy behavior. "AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! We didn't even end up staying at this place. There was a guy, literally, crapping in the alley when we drove up. On top of that, there were people in the alley banging on doors and screaming. We got into the place that it was ~25C inside, and apparently there are portable air conditioners, which we never saw in the 5 minutes we were there. One of the rooms smelled like someone had taken a dump in it, and with the fact that it was about 30C upstairs, we decided not to stay...
