"Close to skytrain "

"I actually had the worst experience at this establishment! The front desk people told us where to park and we got a $98 ticket parking In The garage above our room! When we were checking out they told us they don’t own that lot. So why did you tell me to park there and they said you weren’t told that! The Buffet food was disgusting I threw up twice after eating there. The Casino food was also gross. It’s sad to say that the best food around the hotel is McDonald’s and Costco! I will say that Gordan Ramsey’s place in the hotel was good. The best steak I’ve ever had! Delicious! But the management wasn’t all that pleasant. There was a misunderstanding that was handled terribly until we asked for a different person to talk to. Our waiter was great and the second management person was pleased but we still asked for our check and finished our dinner in the room because we felt unwelcome! Honestly this was my first time to Canada and if this is how it is……..,,,,, I probably will NEVER FO BACK! "

"Excellent value. I stayed three nights for a conference, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me book a taxi, provided good directions, etc. Very satisfied. "

"Room was very spacious and clean although slightly dated. Beds were super comfy. Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium. "

"Couldn’t connect to WiFi. Ordered room service at 930pm. Food wasn’t very good. Other than that everything was good "
