"Very worn rooms. Stayed in one bedroom marina view and the fridge was not working, air conditioner had high pitched buzz, one elevator out of service, and bathroom toilet kept running. Resort fees are rediculous for this hotel without major renovations."

"The two key things for me at any hotel for me are a good bed and a quiet room, and this place delivered on both. I was checked in by the lovely Makoto. All the staff seem genuinely friendly and happy to help in any way they can. The room itself was very nice, with a lovely comfortable bed. Nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. I had dinner in their bar, which did good food, and was pretty reasonably priced for a hotel. I really wanted to try their flagship Five Sails restaurant,. The menu looked stunning, but I was only there for one night. The pool area is pleasant. Both the pool and hot tub were heated to nice temperatures. There’s a good gym. It’s in a great location, making exploring the city easy to do. If you’re coming to/from the airport, you can get the skytrain direct to Waterfront station, which is very close by. A solid choice, and I would happily stay again. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for nine days, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently polite and professional. I would especially like to thank the front desk manager—Summer (apologies if I pronounce your name incorrectly) —who truly went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Your kindness and dedication made a real difference, and it was greatly appreciated!!! The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, which made everything very accessible. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again in the future. Yuna"
