"Hotel is a bit dated with no renovation for the rooms. Stuffs seems to be not no upgrade in the past 15-20 years. Uncomfortable sofa bed with no spring support left ( perhaps same sofa of 20 years ago). Price was so so. Great locations and connected entertainment of being linked to the casino, but that is about it. No microwave in the hotel room even though it is suit. Microwave will cost 25$ per day charge. ( sounded absurd)"

Hotel at the Waldorf

Hotel at the Waldorf

10/10 Excellent
"Now the location may scare some people away but it shouldn't. There is a grocery store and a dollar store across the street and a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. The room itself had a fan and A/C however it did smell a little musty when we first got into it. But once we got the A/C going it cleared up. Everything was spotless and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room was over the beer store on the side street and the single pane windows allowed quite a bit of noise from outside. That being said it was everything we expected in Downtown Vancouver. It's close to all the downtown things and Uber was cheap to get around. Parking was questionable as there are very limited spots in the lot for the hotel and otherwise you would have to park on the street. Overall it was a good place to stay as long as you aren't expecting a high end resort style experience."
