"I had lost an item at the nearby convention center, and the convention center notified the hotel. I did not ask for the item back at the hotel, but they realized it was mine through casual conversation, incredibly smart and attentive."

"The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic, as it’s close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It’s also very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena (I was in Vancouver to see a concert at the Rogers Arena). The room was really comfortable and clean, and having a good sized fridge (rather than the usual mini-bar) and microwave was really useful. The à la carte breakfast available at the hotel’s Azure Breakfast Lounge was delicious and excellent value - there’s a lot of choice, including healthy options, and the team serving were really pleasant.
