Most staff were friendly and efficient. I arrived early at the hotel due to flight time, and the check-in person was less than welcoming. By contrast the concierge was great, helpful considerate and able to suggest some local places to visit whilst awaiting check-in. My room/apartment was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Restaurant staff were more friendly in the evening than at breakfast, but all were cheerful. Checkout woman was smiley and friendly, and again, the concierge stored my bags without complaint, then called a taxi for me when finally off to a late night flight. Would definitely stay here again.

The one-bedroom suite is more spacious than the one at the Richards location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, and I also really like the open closet, storage room, and bathtub. The suite has a nice view facing Granville, and I love the office desk and dining table as well.
