The room was clean and roomy. Having the sky train right there makes it easy to get into downtown Vancouver. The pool is fantastic, albeit pretty busy. I would recommend this stay to others.

I was looking for a little post winter getaway. This hotel was right on the sky train line so transportation to the hotel was super easy. Once at the hotel I was able to enjoy myself with all its amenities. Checkin was a breeze. The room was very clean, spacious and the beds and bedding were wonderful. The casino on site was great and the shopping outlet nearby (accessible via the sky train) fulfilled my mini vacation.

Great hotel. Was able to accomodate early check in. The only thing is we got into our room and found a gatorade bottle on the floor can easily be missed that is okay. We have a busy 2yr old and stroller is our best buddy for going to the pool and out since we are assigned on the other side of the resort. Overall its a great stay. We will come back.

The parking situation is crazy the parkade is so far from the hotel and you have to walk through so much second hand smoke it was gross. The room itself was very nice but not convenient waking so far from one tower to the pool area and had to request robes when wanting to go to the pool that was like a km away zz

The property is beautifully kept and the staff is wonderful but when we were there it was hard to find a spot to just have a cocktail in the afternoon. We didn't care about the casino but wanted to sit outside at the restaurants and see the boats - that was where we were a bit disappointed as there was one of the 5 restaurants where a lovely server named Tara got us an outdoor table overseeing the marina and unfortunately all the boats were gone as they were replacing the docks. It was still a lovely, quiet and beautifully kept property. Ramsey's steak house is way overpriced though!

The room was in poor condition. We decided to make-do because we didn't want to move rooms with a young child after we were already settled, so we didn't mention anything until the end. The staff were very understanding and kind. I have no doubt that we would have been switched to another room if we had chosen to mention it. The hotel is very kid friendly (surprisingly for a casino!) but food options are limited for vegetarians. It's also a bummer that the food court is in an adult-only area.
