"We were very disappointed in our room. Having spent US$500 per night we expected a higher quality accommodation. The view was great. But the room was very basic. No slippers. No robe. No note paper and pen. Very basic bathroom supplies. Very utilitarian furniture. Bare minimum for in room coffee/tea. For all the good things about this hotel, for rooms at this price everywhere else in the world where we've stayed, this was sub standard."

"Great price and great location for downtown Vancouver. Close to a number of local restaurants with a variety of styles. Older Hotel/Motel but modernized and clean. Everything you need. Highly recommend to stay there and the price point was well under the other hotels in the area. If visiting Vancouver, this where I will stay. Extremely close to everything."
