Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

"Stayed at the Pinnacle Harbourfront on a recent Vancouver trip. The building shows its age, but the renovations have held up well and the rooms themselves were genuinely nice: comfortable, clean, and a solid waterfront location. One frustrating note though: I paid for overnight parking and still came back to a parking ticket on my vehicle, which shouldn’t happen when you’ve already paid the hotel for the spot. Decent stay overall, but the parking situation needs to be sorted out."

"We stayed 1 night before catching a cruise and the room was very nice and large. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. You can walk anywhere you want, the streets are clean and it’s a safe area. We also walked to the cruise port it was pretty close and we got the stop at local shops along the way. The staff was very nice and friendly, answered all our questions and were very welcoming. It was pretty nice, would stay again"

"I stayed at the hotel due to attending a concert there. The facilities were clean and the staff was nice and helpful but I did notice the hotel was already showing some wear and tear despite being in the newer part. The wallpaper was coming off and there were marks on the wall in the bathroom. I never figured out the shower. The only thing I could tell is you had to turn a nob on the shower head, however I am very short and the knob could only be reached by a very tall person so I had to improvise for a shower. I didn't use the amenities such as the fitness center, pool or spa since my stay was short. I thought the resort fees were a little expensive. My complaint is that we the building is so close to the airport, I wish there were more soundproofing. I didn't sleep much due to the airplanes flying overhead. I was also on the side of the skytrain so had that noise as well. Overall my stay was okay but didn't sleep much due to the outside noise."

"The best part about this hotel is the proximity to YVR. And they have a free shuttle bus service from both domestic and international every 30 minutes. The room is modern and clean. There is a microwave oven and coffee machine. However, the reception team are not very helpful and friendly. No smiles or greetings."
