"This is an outstanding hotel for a Vancouver stay. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. We were close to the elevator but due to the room layout we were not disturbed. The shower was good and featured luxury soaps and lotions. Room was spacious with a separate seating area. In room coffee, tea and small fridge. It was everything we needed . Great location . Excellent value! We will definitely return"

"Room was clean but garbage not taken out for people before us. Half the lights in our room did not work for us. Our room key did not work had to go down and get them to fix the one and then it happened it. Place downstairs in lobby was clean and staff was nice. Lady cleaning room knocked on our door around 830 to ask if we were done and if he could clean our room. Check out was 12pm and she woke us up "
