"The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe. Other than the roof, the house was exactly as described. Clean and large living spaces. Thank you for a great week in Tulum."

"A beautiful place, well kept and the beach is lovely. The owner was very responsive and Nico and Ana worked hard at keeping the place clean everyday. Have a car if you want to explore! Nothing is within walking distance. "

"House was very clean and clearly well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped, and the villa staff kept the beach and pool areas tidy each day. There is fresh water to drink, nice hot showers, and a sweet little beach to enjoy right outside your door. The views of the ocean from the balconies and pool were gorgeous. "The house was absolutely lovely and exactly like the pictures listed. The rating would have been higher if guests and I had not experienced some issues during our stay. We were a group of 14. There were some minor issues with AC in one bedroom and television not working and we had to send several messages to Diego.
