"We had a wonderful time at Isla Holbox, this is my 3rd trip, and one of my favorite warm holiday spots! This time, I was with my two grandchildren, they loved staying at the fabulous home. The photos are very realistic, and the home is gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bed pillows. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. Don't let that stop you from staying here - it was a 9.999 out...

"We had an amazing time at Yum Balam. Excellent communication with the host and our concierge, Karina was so responsive and helpful. She helped us arrange an easy transportation from Cancun airport to apartment and any tour we wanted to go on: 3 Islands Tour, Whale Shark Tour and Bioluminescent Tour. As well as giving us a list of activities and restaurants. So easy to get a taxi to the center of town and back. Can’t wait for next time! "
