Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

"We had a wonderful stay at Mia Reef! The location is beautiful, with gorgeous ocean views, clear water, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort was a great place to unwind and enjoy time with my husband. The only drawback was that some guests were unhappy with the bird sanctuary area. Because of the large number of birds, there were bird droppings on some of the villa balconies and outdoor areas. While we understand that the sanctuary is part of the natural environment and wildlife experience, it did affect the cleanliness of those areas at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Mia Reef to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we made many wonderful memories there."

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we left incredibly impressed. The staff provided outstanding service, the food was excellent, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the other guests at the resort were, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future."

"Property was a nice quiet space away from the party scenes of Cancun but close enough to still have a wonderful time. The amenities in the hotel encourage a cultural immersion atmosphere which allows you to learn about the island, its people, and the history of their behavior patterns (we loved the sunrise walk). Pilates was intense! Somethings to work on: the spa had a non relaxing smell that I would not try given the smell. Only one restaurant open on Sunday night is unacceptable for an all inclusive resort. It was my husband’s 40th and Victor made it up to us by making sure the last night was memorable! Don’t forget to bring insect repellent!"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The property was amazing. Staff were so nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because 2 restaurants, a taqueria, a pool bar, and a roof-top pool bar were advertised, and only 1 of the restaurants and the main pool bar were open/available while we were there. It was our first time doing an all-inclusive package, and neither of us drink alcohol. So between the limited food choices and the fact that we don’t drink, I felt like we wasted some money in that regard. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and we would absolutely stay here again. The pool hammocks and cabanas were perfect for lounging the day away."

"The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the DJ at the pool twice in our week playing female degrading vile rap music while young drunk girls were rockin' it making a scene in the pool. Thought we were in Cancun! Won't prevent us from coming back but if we see that crap, we head back to the beach or elsewhere."
