"This resort was absolutely amazing! From the minute we got there we were greeted with cold towels and champagne making the welcoming feel excellent from the start. Excellent food choices that were changed daily at the buffet and the Rodeo grill was the best! Spa was very good and the daily activities were awesome. Always night shows or events that were great. Room cleaning daily was very good and facility was clean and well kept up with. No complaints here as this was an excellent resort that I would highly recommend to my friends and family!"

" The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! "

"Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. I was a solo traveler and they remembered me at the restaurants, remembered my allergy too! They staff keep the place clean and well run. The pool staff work hard getting everyone playing games, the bar staff never stop. Management should look into getting more bar staff working, one person for 15 people at a swim up bar is hard. Wait time is toooo long. Foood was good - definitely book ahead of time the restaurants you want. Enough pools and activities. The seaweed took over the beach but they had people out there everyday, working hard. Too bad about the seaweed. I felt safe and secure in my room and walking around. This hotel doesn’t do shutttle so I worked with “eTransfers” shuttle and it was great. I did private transportation and the staff communication was superb. They WhatsApp you e writhing you need to know and where to go in the airport. "
