"We really enjoyed our stay there. You can't beat the fabulous view and being right on the ocean. The pool was awesome and there were always lounge chairs available. There is so many really great restaurants that are within walking distance which is great as Uber's are not allowed there and the price for the taxi's is a bit high. "My husband and I stayed for three wonderful nights. The condo was well-equipped. Although we did not really cook, it appeared to have everything needed should you choose to cook. The water supply and ability to make ice was a definite plus. We also appreciated the variety of games. The seaweed was expected, but not a problem for us. The water shoes that were supplied made it easy to get passed it and over the rocks to enjoy the beautiful clear water! Although a bit snug for my husband's size...

"Two items that I would like to have been different, first is the couch. It is a pullout bed, and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Secondly, the lack of english speaking TV stations. I've been traveling to the Cancun area for 20+ years and each place I've stayed had at least some news stations from the USA. I know these stations are available because the bar/restaurant across the street had them. The unit was clean, and a good location, but unless these two items change, I will seek another...

"We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !"

"Great location, as we were minutes away from everything on foot. Building was renovated and well kept. Only downsides was that the staff was slow to help with simple requests like more towels or replacing coffee pods. There was also construction right outside our hotel every morning, so we never could enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. Of course, not blaming the hotel for this, just a minor inconvenience. Upstairs pool and bar were beautiful, great view and great prices of drinks and food....
