"W have been to GR Solaris in the past, it is clean and the pool/entertainment area is great. The food - sometimes it was excellent, sometime the meat was dry and the carver's in the dining room did not seem to want to be there, I felt like I was intruding on them instead of being their customer. we did have one guy that carved and served that was nice, the rest not so much. "The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. "Overall our stay was satisfactory. My two critiques are food and beach/pool chairs. The food was very bland and mediocre. As far as the pool and beach chairs, it was a fight every morning to get one. The resort definitely needs to add more! On a positive note, the staff was absolutely amazing.
