"Absolutely loved this hotel. Have stayed at others in the same vicinity and this was by far my favorite. I booked the "business club" level which came with an amazing complimentary breakfast with lots of choices and it varied daily. Also included a fantastic happy hour each night with complimentary drinks and snacks. The level of "snacks" could really be considered dinner. The breakfast and happy hour is provided on the exclusive 11th floor business lounge. Rooftop patio with pool and gym were also much appreciated features. Amazing views from business lounge and rooftop patio. Hotel amenities, staff and neighborhood location all fantastic. Easy for me to recommend this hotel."

"If location is everything, this hotel has already won—then it goes on to impress even more. The rooftop terrace offers terrific views to Zocalo plaza, President's Palace and Metropolitan Cathedral, the staff are gracious (and thankfully English-speaking), and the rooms are generously sized. Elegant interiors and a striking Tiffany-style ceiling add real character. Highly recommended — no hesitation."

"Everything was top notch. Clean rooms and grounds, great food. It was easy to get reservations for the restaurants that required it. The food was better than the other resorts that we have stayed at. We would come back again."

"Staff was excellent. Food was great for a resort , plenty of options to pick from. Very clean. Only things we noticed that were more on the negative side was the drinks were pretty watered down and the rooms are quite dated. But overall for the price we paid we definitely recommend this resort . 8.5/10"

"Stayed at Krystal Cancun and the biggest highlight was the location. You’re literally steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. On top of that, it’s right in the middle of the nightlife—clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere, this spot is hard to beat."

"This resort is always Awesome. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are clean and the service was great we asked for more hangers and they were there in less than 3 min. Food was delicious and lots to offer."
