"Where do I start. The check in was just ridiculous. Went with my baby, and toddler and wife and mother in law. We reached early snd the front desk girl told me to go have lunch and come back by 2-230 and she will have rooms ready for us. I come back and they say sorry rooms not ready because the previous guest hasn’t left the room? I was saying my 6month old child is struggling and at least give me one room. They started saying that check-in is 3pm and we r early. But they also wouldn’t have a room ready till four pm. Finally got to the room. And it was like a dungeon. Old and smelly. The bath tub had turned yellow. Dnt get me started on the carpet flooring. It was sticky and just horrible. The AC had that old moldy smell. Trust me not worth at all and the front desk staff are just in their own world."
