"El check in fue desastroso, nos demoraron una hora y media. La habitación no tenía agua fría, solo salía agua hirviendo imposible de usar. Luego pedimos cambio de habitación y se negaron. Arreglaron el agua y cada mañana amanecimos sin servicio de agua en absoluto. Realmente un desastre. Desorganizados y además muy desagradable el trato del personal. A excepción de Carolina en el Rest. Claraboya: muy atenta y amable siempre. Deja mucho que desear este hotel siendo de una cadena tan prestigiosa como Barceló."

"My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was always professional, attentive, and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service exceeded my expectations. Overall, everything at the hotel was exceptional. The activities organized for guests were enjoyable, well planned, and conducted professionally, which made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. For me, everything was excellent."
