"We had an absolutely wonderful time at Grand Fiesta America Coral Beach Cancun! The resort is a tranquil paradise. Our large and comfy room had a breathtaking sea view and was very clean and well-equipped. There is an amazing large flowing pool from one side of the resort to the other and the resort’s white sand beach was pristine. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Front Desk Rodiverth and Sara, Blanca and Ramses service were spectacular at the Lobby Bar, Elias and Charly from the greeting team provided outstanding service! The food and service were top of the line at Chianti, La Joya, Isla Contoy, Viña del Mar, Sunset Sunrise Bikine Bar. The food and service was great at Havana Club Steakhouse, however, we waited over one hour and half to be served the main course and staff turn off the lights in the middle of the dinner. We ordered dessert and the server came back half hour after to apologize because the kitchen was already closed. Even so 10/10 for food, service and relaxation!"

"On our first day, front desk called twice 5 mins apart asking if everything was fine. Then, a maintenance guy knocked stating he got a call that we supposedly reported something was leaking.Mind you, its only been 20 mins since we got insde the room, tired and just resting in bed. Not sure if theyre trying to go in and steal. Room phone was broken and couldnt dial out. Then, the night before we check out, another maintenance guy knocked once and went in and open the door. He appeared surprised to see me and my bf inside the room and said he got a call that we reported our sink was clogged? Suspicious! We couldnt even make a call cus the phone is broken and we NEVER reported anything was leaking or clogged. The room is outdated, water temperature doesnt stay warm, it gets too hot where it could burn your skin then too cold. The buffet food is a 2/10. Not much choices. The oceanview is nice. Stay here at your own risk."

"The night shows and the bartenders working the theater area were both top notch and a lot of fun!!! My wife does wish there was a pool and bar area open later into the evening but other than that no complaints. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"The staff and amenities were not consistent with the advertisements or reviews. Upon arrival and throughout our stay we were asked to pay more for many items that should have been included. Additionally, their website does not make clear that you cannot make reservations at any restaurants and instead are required to either pay more for a butler to do it or wait in a ridiculously long line. If you’re looking for a true all inclusive resort with fabulous amenities this isn’t it. "

"I booked this hotel based on its Expedia listing, which clearly highlighted a free airport shuttle—a major factor when choosing among so many options in Cancun. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading, as no such service was actually available. In a competitive destination like Cancun, every bit of value matters. When the hotel didn’t reach out prior to arrival, I contacted them myself, only to be told that transportation is handled by a third-party vendor and requires 48 hours’ notice. Even after sharing a screenshot of their own listing, the staff largely shrugged off responsibility. It was surprising to see such a lack of ownership over something so fundamental. Ground transportation in Cancun is not a minor detail—it’s a genuine concern for travelers, especially with ongoing taxi issues and limited ride-hailing options. A good hotel would ensure guests feel safe and taken care of from arrival. A great hotel would acknowledge the mistake and correct it for future guests. Unfortunately, neither happened here. Instead, the focus seemed to shift quickly to selling timeshare presentations, with offers of Marriott points and discounted packages that didn’t feel like real value. It was also frustrating to see inconsistencies in basic service—for example, being directed to buy bottled water from the shop instead of being informed about available water in the lobby. To be fair, the rooms were clean, the location is convenient, and the food was decent."
