An error was made on our reservation and they refused to make the change to allow us to stay. Instead, they wanted to charge us an extra $300 per night for 3 nights. Keep in mind we flew from the U.S. and were forced to book a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.They also refused to give us back the deposit we paid. They did not want to work with us at all. They just wanted more money. Terrible service. Zero accomodations made for the mistake made on the reservation.

Great location as everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was decent but we got tired of the same rotation as we were there for 7 nights. The rooms are really small but that’s expected when staying in the city. Overall we would stay again.

Pros: Beautiful views, corner room with ocean view was beautiful, and staff was very accommodating. Great location, in the middle of everything but at the same time, the hotel gave a resort feel for the moments you just want to stay on the resort and relax. Cons: AC did not get cold in the room, however, the fan made up for it. Food options were not great at all. Breakfast was good and the hibachi restaurant was great but that's about it!

This was my first all inclusive deal and KRYSTAL GRAND CANCÚN had some hits and misses. Great place for kids and families looking for fun and quiet during the week. On Thursday and Friday you can hear CONGO BONGO down the street and the 1:30AM fireworks really was a surprise 😅 Would stay again but there’s many resorts in the area I would like to check out next time. Reyna our housekeeper was a dream, be sure to tip the lovely lady at the end of your stay.

Beautiful view and Beach. Nice spacious rooms and friendly employees. Buffet employees could’ve been nicer and waiters didn’t care to get you drinks but all other employees went above and beyond. Concierge Janer was the Best! He definitely went above and beyond! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!
