Really clean resort and friendly staff and very helpfully. It was my second time going to this resort and I enjoyed it. A lot was taken away from the first time I went but it was still enjoyable.

The food was edible, the drinks were as expected.. access to the beach was nice as well as the pool areas. Easy uber ride to the tourist areas like Cocobongo. Nice for solo travel

Esteban & Bryan at the pool were amazing!!! 10/10 service would recommened them over and over again! Food was amazing which was a shock it being all inclusive (Its usually not). It was very quiet but also really relaxing! The room was the laguna view live big - as 4 girls celebrating a bachlorette trip - the room was so spacious for the decorations and all the festives. Everywhere we went they would congratulate the bride and make sure we felt seen. The lobby bar had amazing options for late night snacks. Would come back agan for sure! really for the amazing feeling the staff gave us while being on site!

The food and spoons was cold. The food in the Mexico restaurant was cool. The Italian restaurant was pretty good but fish nut grill was the best.
