"Great stay. Only down side was amenities close kinda early. The pools close at 8pm. It’s a very nice quiet stay. Loved the buffets also. Walkable distance to the hub of the hotel zone for nightlife."

"Almost everything had an up charge. I was disappointed to see that this property was asking for money on almost everything but advertising as all inclusive. For example, every restaurant charged for wine and had items on the menu for an additional cost. Also, all of the cabanas by the pool and beach were an additional charge. You have to reserve all of the restaurants and our first night there we were turned away by two because we did not have a reservation. They should reserve some seats for walk ins and not turn away paying customers. This is a terrible customer experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The oceanfront villa was absolutely incredible. That said, the food could definitely be improved.The three-star rating is mainly due to our experience with the staff. We felt somewhat uncomfortable and pressured to attend their membership presentation. It was presented as a 90-minute session, but it ended up taking closer to two hours. If it’s offered to you, I’d recommend politely declining from the start."
