" I had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing the entire time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the food and drinks were excellent with plenty of options. There were lots of activities to enjoy, but it was also the perfect place to just relax and unwind. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I would definitely come back and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation."

"This resort was incredible. The staff was friendly. They work very hard for their guests. The entire place was clean lots of entertainment. Plenty of bars to get all the drinks you want. I’ve been two different all-inclusive resorts and they only have one or two bars available because they really don’t want to serve you alcohol cause it cost the money. This place had bars everywhere. Food was good as well. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. The resort is new, we had a few hiccups, but the overall experience was great. The eight restaurants offer plenty of options; just make reservations early, and note that a few were closed on the weekend. The staff truly made the trip special. Angel at the bar was fantastic, and the server Angel at the Steakhouse delivered exceptional service. Carla at Blue Moon, Martha and Addy at the spa, Brian at Pez, plus Cynthia, Roberto, and Francisco, all went above and beyond. I spent most of my time relaxing and enjoying the spa, which was excellent. One tip: if you don’t book directly with the hotel, you’ll need to arrange your own shuttle. Would I return? Yes - likely in a year or two as the resort continues to grow."

"Clean room' and entire resort was immaculate. Beach and ocean were beautiful, comfortable beach beds and lots of space. Food was all fresh and nasty Resort lacked some excitement,;could of used some better entertainment and some more options after 11pm. Great place to relax. Travelled with wife andb2 teen kids18 and 16, we all enjoyed the family time and relaxing time. Would definitely go back if they can put together more entertainment and improve the after dinner vibes "

"The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful. Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best. Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious La Isla: Excellent Risotto Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffet"
