Family Hotels in Isla Mujeres from NZ$116

We just left from our 4 night stay at Ixchel. This hotel exceeded our expectations in regard to location and facilities. The hotel is right on the beach with an abundance of beach chairs for guests. The beach is stunning and the lovely staff were available to serve drinks and food while at your beach chair. The two pools were smaller than we imagined, but still great from refreshing dip. The hotel rooms were clean, large and very beautifully decorated. The hotel is locate don the main dining...

Great place & location if you are looking for a chilled environment with everything you need, from great views, facilities, bars, restaurants & shops.

Loved the boho vibe and decor. The staff here are lovely, super helpful and gracious. The food is outstanding, so nice to have healthy but delicious food. On a gorgeous beach/ lagoon. The rooms are well appointed. Loved our stay so much we added an extra night.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Relaxing, safe and can forget about the world outside

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff friendly and very helpful. The tour desk were able to change my sailing tour on the morning as it was raining and I wanted to wait a day for better weather. The prices for food and beverages was expensive. Considering this cost the same as an all inclusive, but with no inclusions I expected more reasonable prices to drink and eat in. The store sold a small beer and chips $20 should be more like $4. That’s a step mark up. The beach and pools were stunning. I’d go...

Enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast at the beach restaurant (right on the beach). Food was really great. Service excellent. Enjoyed our jacuzzi on the patio. Walk out of the resort & shops are on your doorstep. We had all inclusive & would definitely recommend. Paradise. Did not want to leave.

Amazing amenities for kids!

A fabulous place , pool and facilities really lovely, easy parking for golf carts, friendly staff and the beach is divine great for families wanting to share a unit but not a bedroom. Grocery store is close. In room water dispensary.

This hotel is at the quieter end of Isla Mujeres - a major plus! The complex is set on a terraced site which slopes down to the beach. There are four-five terraces with units each side and a pool at the bottom. We were in Villa 1 - which is for a couple. There are also family units. Oswaldo the manager could not have been more helpful, and Juan and the room staff were so obliging. They made our 7 days a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience! The food in the hotel restaurant was easily...

Beautiful rooms and great location - right next to the ferry dock and across from gold cart rental. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the smart TV was easy to connect to. Please note that the owners have multiple properties and are not manning the desk 24/7. You need to get into contact with them via WhatsApp, but they always replied immediately and someone was there promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was...
