"To celebrate our son's second birthday, we opted for a stay at the Sunscape resort. Although our time there was generally nice, the service left a bit to be desired. Getting a piece of cake (pastry) was a more complicated process than it needed to be, involving a three-hour wait and multiple requests. ..."
