"Secrets Akumal staff go way above and beyond to meet your every need. I’ve never felt so cared for and taken care of in my life! The hospitality they provide go beyond any expectation. I was never hungry! My concierge checked in with me regularly. She even would give me a menu of what was going on on the property daily. Just outstanding service. If you got lost, a staff member, any staff member, would walk you to your destination. It was a gorgeous resort. Swim up bar and swim up pool to our room was amazing! Food was top tier! Can’t wait to stay again! "

"Our stay at La Sirena was amazing. Restaurants within walking distance, comfortable ocean front with palapas and chairs, lovely pool, friendly staff. We rented a car from the Tulum airport upon arrival and visited the monkey sanctuary—saw both types of monkeys—and went to a larger grocery store during our stay. The snorkeling was great. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Lots of places to sit in sun or shade. A great holiday spot!"
