I’m not used to write a review even though I like to read them before we book a trip but this time its different it was really good, whoever is interested in my comment, we stayed for the first time at Grand Sirenis resort Hotel in Riviera Maya M. we was looking for a resort to have a lots fun and activities for my 5 years old twins we found this one we like it at first we saw they have a Lazy river wish it was the most amazing spot I have no words to describe how we feels how I’m feeling after we went we had a great experience there, the employees are amazing all of them, they are Kind,humble,sweet,helpful, caring and very friendly people, I’m not joking it’s the most amazing place we ever went, they make us feels like Home. we visited others Hotels resorts nothing compares with Grand Sirenis we are really happy with it,we loves it, we will go back soon I recommend 100% for couples and families with smalls kids or whoever would like to just relax and having a good time. "Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation."
