"We had a very good stay at Grand Palladium Select White Sand Resort. The service was one of the best parts of our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to help. The shuttle drivers, waiters, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Cielo and David, our concierges. They were always helpful with restaurant reservations, different questions during our stay, and also helped make our checkout much easier by arranging transportation to the checkout area in the morning. The resort grounds are beautiful, with a lot of nature, many pools, and enough activities during the day and evening. The beach was also beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. The only downside was the sargassum, but we understand this is a natural seasonal issue and not something the hotel can fully control. Our room was good overall, but a little outdated. However, housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned very well every day, towels were replaced, the bed was nicely made, and we received small surprises like sweets. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort, especially because of the service, beautiful grounds, and relaxing atmosphere."

"It was really nice that they set up our room with a nice tray of fruit and a bottle of Brut Champagne 🍾 for being a vip guest. Then for my birthday 🎂 they set the room up with balloons, a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and meat & cheese tray, and made a heart shape on the floor with rose petals. They also left a bag for my birthday with a tee shirt, a small basket of Mexican candy, Riviera Maya refrigerator magnet, and a printed up birthday card with name on it. The Concierge Ali was very sweet and made sure everything was to our liking. We enjoyed all the wildlife especially seeing monkey. Pools were clean, and the grounds well maintained. Specialty Restaurants were good, but the buffet was lacking in food quality compared to other resorts we've been too. A bit displeased with the very gray looking sheets, and bathroom towels. Asked for a blanket for the bed and it had black marks on it as if someone used it to work on a car. I did take it up the front desk the next day to show them the dirty looking blanket we received and told them how dirty their sheets and towels looked. I also asked for a mattress pad for comfort. When we came back to the room later, it looked like they gave us new sheets & towels, along with putting on a mattress pad. Very please they replaced things. Only issue was they gave us a sheet when we called again for a blanket. Staff was nice, drinks were good, & the resort is very nice looking & well maintained. We did have an enjoyable stay at Kantenah."

"Everything was perfect. We loved the location and the quiet jungle surrounding us. The house and pool area were kept spotlessly clean by Christina and Juan. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool. Our communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely recommend Casa la Via!"
