If your on the fence and it fits your budget it’s a wonderful place. Beach is underwhelming. Food is really good but if you’re not a member good luck getting a dinner reservation. Beautiful resort.

The staff throughout the property was very classy. Always a hello with a smile. And quick Answers or directions when asked. The buffet food and servers were actually just a bit better than the ala cart restaurants and that is not an easy thing to say. Altho we did have a couple great servers in the à la cart restaurants the food was really lacking except for Oishii’s.

This resort has two great activity pools and a large, quiet pool. Finding chairs was rarely an issue . Our room was amazing and the food was exceptional. We booked our a la carte meals with the lobby cincierge when we arrived and he was great. There is definitely a lot of walking as it's a huge resort, so bring a good neach/pool bag and travel mug so you dont have to go back and forth to your room. That said, Grand Sirenis is definitely a resort we'll visit again.

Room was excellent. Staff throughout the resort was incredible, so friendly, helpful and always so willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Ana, Mexia,Giovanni, and Yessica. Buffet and a la carte dining were incredible, service amazing. Pools and lazy river were hits. Very large property, a compass would have been helpful!
