One of the things we loved most was the experience in the lobby. Every morning we were welcomed with delicious pastries, and the dulce de leche croissant is a must try. In the afternoon they offered wine and cheeses, and in the evening whisky and chocolate. Coming back to the hotel after a full day of activities was always something to look forward to. What made this experience even more special were the thoughtful touches in the room. We would always find personalized notes along with chocolates, wine, bath bombs. They truly went above and beyond to make every moment feel unique. We loved our stay so much that we actually decided to change our itinerary and book QT Auckland for the final days of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon."

"There were no restaurants & bars open in the evening, the terrace area was dirty & had mould spots, there was no microwave or meal preparation facilities which was disappointing given the restaurants were closed."
