"We stayed for 7 nights . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the apartment was clean and modern . We also would like to make a special mention to the property manager Rene, who handled a slight mishap for us . He went above and beyond our expectations. "Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
