"Staff very helpful and friendly in all departments.Paid for breakfast on one of the days and it was excellent.There was a choice of a set menu or buffet breakfast. The Crown Plaza is close to everything in Queenstown.The room we had was spacious and had a gorgeous balcony view of the remarkables."

"Breakfast buffet very good, food changed over well before emptied to keep hot food fresh, spectacular views from both restaurants and our room. All the staff were exceptional and well trained in hospitality. We received a personal message on booking and a birthday surprise in our room. Fern Hill was a great location up high with uninterrupted views and away from busy roads but a short 3 minute drive to town. "

"Staff go above and beyond to help the guests, extremely impressed by the extra efforts that staff went to when an elderly couple in the restaurant needed assistance, big shout out to Nancy (hope I got her name right) with helping this couple out, and while doing so she didn't miss a beat with attending to the rest of the guests. Highly recommend the restaurant. "
