Paid a premium price for our room - 2 x heaters were not working in our room, and we only had a room clean 4 out of 8 nights we stayed there. I can sympathise as Queenstown is very understaffed (everywhere!), but they could have at least told us 'we won't make it to your room today' ... or, 2 x heaters in your room aren't working. We'll offer you a small discount etc. Upsides - the location (short walk to town), the 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
