"This hotel had room for the whole family. It is a block from Paddington Station, which made it great for a stopover in between the airport and further train travel. We stayed at the end of Oct. The rooms get very warm and there is not really a way to adjust the temp. Over all a good spot to stay! "

"Lovely hotel, great rooms. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Only criticism would be that you could provide one soft pillow and one harder one. Unfortunately I found both too puffy and hard! Other than that very happy!"

"We have stayed at Dorsett Shepherds Bush just for one night and it was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back again. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is very enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size and clean and in good working order and the bed is very comfy for a good night sleep. The area the hotel is located was very convenient for us to attend a concert (walking distance to both Exhibition White City and Eventim Apollo) and there is a lot of highly rated pubs and restaurants nearby to choose from. We both very much like the hotel and will be returning again, so definitely recommend it."
