"The room I was in was clean & I love that there were some nights where there was free dinners. The free dinners were the best part. Also, having towels that were decently priced and not overly expensive was a huge plus. You'll need to bring your own soap and washcloth though. 8/10 for me."

"Myself and my teenage daughter were visiting london for a few days and chose this hotel for price and location - it was excellent. With 2 tube stations within a very short distance and a well appointed highstreet on the doorstep. Also an everyman cinema around the corner and kensington gardens really close. Hotel felt safe, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were helpful. Really recommend. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs mind you as our room was at the very top many, many stairs...
