"I was cheated by the Reception staff. I paid 400 pounds to upgrade to a SUITE and was allocated a single room with bathroom. When I complained to the Manager that a hotel Suite is classified as a bedroom plus a sitting room, he disagreed and told me that in his hotel a Suite was a bedroom with a bathroom!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Another problem was trying to book an afternoon tea for 4 friends that were visiting me. It took four people to find out what they should do for afternoon tea. When it arrive, it was quite awful. All in all , this was a really terrible experience and a waste of money."

"The hotel is clean, offers good dining and bar options. Its location is great. It is close to the Tube to get around town or to/from Heathrow. Also a good variety of restaurants in a comfortable walking distance. There is also the Portabella market on weekends. It's a good choice whether your trip is short or long. I have no hesitation to recommend it."

"I felt like i am in prison, in every corridor every other door to another corridor you need the card to open. When I booked i did not realise there is a kitchen in the room, the side of the double bed was next to the wall, luckily my wife was sick and she could not come it is suitable for a single person but not for a couple."

"Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal. "
