Avoid at all costs. Breakfast consists of 1 Aldi croissant, an apple and a chocolate muffin. Very dusty, uncomfortable bed plus unhelpful staff. Not worth a penny!!

The staff at reception were wonderful. Couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately the restaurant for breakfast was closed and it was grab and go bags which they made for breakfast I believe due to Coronavirus, which is better for some, not for others. Purely because of this, I wouldn't bother booking breakfast, there is plenty of choice to have breakfast right near the Queensway station 10 mins walk away. This is also ideal for getting around as it is on the central line so it's never difficult to get anywhere. We had a lovely little twin room had everything we needed for a short girly weekend. Would definitely stay again :)

Decor not good in executive suit. Very dirty under bed. Sadly, the free breakfast was in a bag to go which was disappointing. Check out at 10:30am is very early. I don’t stay here again.

Underwhelmed
Reception was lovely. Unfortunately the room was tiny (was supposed to be one of the bigger rooms I believe), a little cold and the heater didn’t work. The toilet seat was also the wrong size for the toilet... Breakfast was a serious let down.
