"Great location, midway between Holland Park and Shepherd Bush railway stations. Short walk to local specialty shops and to Westfield Shopping Centre. Not suitable for people who can’t tolerate traffic noise."

"Staff were very nice and helpful. I felt safe here as this was my first hostel experience which I was extremely anxious about but i have been put right at ease. Met some lovely people here as well. The location is ideal, very good bus links into Central London. Tube station within walking distance and theres shops everywhere for essentials, all within walking distance."

"Good but not excellent. On checking in, it was slow your not greeted with a smile, concierge was definitely really faultless, room service was excellent, we didn’t want the room serviced as we had an early start with make up/hair stylists coming to the room, I placed a full bin outside the door hoping they would have the sense to replace it, they didn’t. The bathroom sanitary box was Empty only one toilet roll in place, had to ask reception for coffee as there was only tea in the room. It’s the little things which are also important. I would stay at the hotel again as it’s in a good location. I think the Hilton just needs to polish up on the small things, otherwise a great stay. "
