"Staff was very welcoming and friendly I had an amazing stay over all. The only unpleasant thing was our room not being cleaned when requested by the cleaning crew. Telling front desk we put a do not disturb sign on our door so that’s why they didn’t come in which was never the case. "

"This worked really well for me. Just a small walk from Bayswater tube, which in turn is a small walk from Queensway tube, meaning lots to choose from. Quiet street. Felt very safe at night. Note there's no elevator (at least in my wing), so if that's a dealbreaker, watch out, but it wasn't an issue for me. Good shower, sink, tea, temp of room was great, comfy bed, didn't hear any neighboring rooms, nice staff. Great. Would totally come back"

"Room was clean and spacious for 1 person. If you're a solo traveler the delux single is a perfect size. Bathroom was large enough and everything worked wonderfully. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. "

"Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"
